  Wing Chun Kung Fu is a Chinese martial art that originated in Southern China several hundred years ago. It is a system whose principles are governed by the economy of motion and energy efficiency. It is as much a way of life as it is an extremely valuable form of self defense. Sifu Nigel Jordan is an instructor of Authentic Wing Chun Kung Fu and has been teaching since 1997. Wing Chun kung fu classes in Miami are currently held for men and women 21 years old and over.
